And I'm going to give my two cents if everyone doesn't mind...I really can't blame her.
Jen has been around A REALLY LONG TIME. For many years Jen has been a part of the tagging community
And she has been a positive, calm, good natured, sweet, kind, thoughtful, loving soul to the tagging community
When she sees all the downloads on her Box account (which is great that's what it's there for to download) but only
one and hopefully with luck and a prayer two thank you's from peeps that is very disheartening to say the very least
She is not asking anyone to kiss up to her and she is not looking for "drama" attention.
When there is hardly any feedback it's like: "Why am I hanging around in a ghost town??" "I might as well be talking to myself"
We all love to PSP/PS whatever program you use, those of us that are still here in the tagging community...make the most of it
and fellowship with other taggers. Reach out and say "hello". Or pay them a compliment "I love your work and creativity"
When there is nothing but silence on one side, there will be total and permanant silence on the other side when they close
their blog, stop creating, and that's a shame. Ok I'm sorry I don't mean to preach (me of all people lmao)

ReplyDeleteHunnie it's not our generation anymore. The "entitlement" generation is all around us. But don't give them what they want: attention. Put your focus on the small minority who do appreciate and love you...like me xxx

ReplyDeleteBut your right, it's not how it use to be.. However I do notice other blogs getting the thanks it deserves. It kills your mojo, and I also spoke to someone and that's one reason they are not offering their Awesome templates on their blog, from lack of appreciation shown. It's a shame to. Not mentioning the name . So I am not alone in how it makes me feel. I know how you feel, it's the same. I appreciate you so much,
