FONT OF CHOICE OR THE ONE I USED: HAPPY HOLIDAYS
MASK OF CHOICE
TEMPLATE: SALSA'S SENSATIONS - FROSTY TEMPLATE SET HERE

OK LET'S GET STARTED....

OPEN THE TEMPLATE IN PSP AND DELETE THE COPYRIGHT LAYER
GO TO IMAGE--->CANVAS SIZE AMD SET 1000X1000 TO HAVE BACKGROUND ROOM

GO TO THE LARGEST CIRCLE TEMPLATE IN CENTER...SELECTIONS--->SELECT, FLOAT, DEFLOAT
PASTE A PAPER OF CHOICE, SELECTIONS--->INVERT, HIT DELETE ON YOUR KEYBOARD, DELETE
TEMPLATE LAYER.
DO THIS TO ALL THE TEMPLATES.
I ALSO OUTLINED MY FINISHED TEMPLATES...SELECTIONS--->FLOAT,DEFLOAT,SELECTIONS--->MODIFY
SELECT SELECTIONS BORDER, SETTING: BORDER CHECKED, ANTI-ALIAS CHECKED, BORDER WIDTH:2
ADD A NEW RASTER LAYER, FLOOD FILL WITH COLOR OF CHOICE,
I ALSO ADDED: EFFECTS--->PLUGINS--->EYECANDY - HBS NOISE

ADD DROP SHADOW TO ALL FINISHED TEMPLATE LAYERS, ADD A MASK OF CHOICE TO BACKGROUND

OPEN ELE WC E 40 AND PASTE AS A NEW LATER OVER MASK, DUPLICATE AS MANY TIMES AS NEEDED
AND POSITION SO ITS FRAMING FROM BEHIND THE FINISHED TEMPLATES, ADD DROP SHADOW

GO TO THE TOP CURRENT LAYER AND THE LITTLE CHARACTERS IN THE KIT AND RESIZE AND PASTE AS A
NEW LAYER, AND POSITION ALL AROUND TO YOUR LIKING, ADD DROP SHADOW

OPEN THE SNOW ELE WC E 50 AND PASTE AS A NEW LAYER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FINISHED TEMPLATES
SO IT LOOKS LIKE A SNOW MOUNT, DUPLICATE AND MIRROR, ADD DROP SHADOW

OPEN THE SIGN POST ELE WC E 63...NOW I DID A BIT OF ALTERING TO THIS ELEMENT...I USED THE
SELECTION TOOL AND REMOVED THE SNOWMAN, ANY SMALL PIXELS AND BITS LEFTOVER I USED THE ERASER
TOOL TO REMOVE
I DIDN'T WANT ANY WRITITNG ON IT SO I USED A PAPER IN KIT TO COVER ANY WRIRTING, MERGE DOWN,
ADD DROP SHADOW WHEN ADDED AND POSITIONED

I ADDED SOME FLOWERS TO THE TOP OF THE TAG ON BOTH SIDES, AND FINISHED WITH LITTLE DECOR
ELEMENTS ALONG THE VERY BOTTOM ON THE SNOW...LAMP, SNOWBALLS, PINECONES, ETC


ADD FONT OF CHOICE...ADD COPYRIGHT...CROP AND RESIZE IF DESIRED
